Today's title is obscure for anyone not into late 70s / early 80s British music, more specifically mod revival. 3 points for whoever gets it.
It's from a paul weller song, I think. But I'll be damned if I can remember the name.
Well, Paul Weller did write it, so I'll give you one point for that.

The Jam - Going Underground
Paul Weller played guitar and wrote most of their music. On a "Well, I suppose that's interesting to someone" note: this track was their first number one, but was actually meant to be the B-side. A mix-up at the pressing plant resulted in the A and B sides being reversed.
