(Linkage) With Tuppence For Paper And String

It's time for a gigantic link dump, courtesy of StumbleUpon, which has been giving me more mindless distractions than I need.

We'll start with the quest for an answer to a simple question:  What does a 16-patty cheeseburger look like, and what kind of idiot would try and eat one?  The answer is, of course, available on the Interent, but I think I just lost my appetite.

Next up, we'll allow the mounting nausea to commingle with a diminished sense of self-worth.  Of course, I'm refering to the interactive list of Things Other People Accomplished When They Were Your Age.  If you've already written an internationally acclaimed piano concerto then you are, obviously, free to view it without any effect on your self-worth.  (But I still hate you.)

And not only have they done more, they're probably better artists than you too:  I may have already posted a link to one of these images before, but I feel the need to link to Katsuya Matsumura's custom PC cases.  The giant mecha fan in me drools over the 6'2" Gundam case.

Now there's a few things from the 'oddities' file.  There's a Flash "game" that I just don't understand the point of, and a bestiary of Flash and Java based creatures.  I'm personally a little partial to the March creature.  (There's also the doublecell bestiary, which is a little harder to navigate through.)

From the mind blowing, but in a completely different way, category:  Kite Aerial Photography.  Scott Haefner takes kites, mounts a camera in them, and uses them to take 360° panoramas.  I wish I could do that with my kite.

Finally, we'll end it all with a children's story written by American humourist James Thurber and dedicated "to Rosemary, in the wistful hope that her world will be better than mine".

One point for the title, and I promise you won't have to hear me sing.  Or attempt an English accent, for that matter.  (Damn you, Dick Van Dyke!  Damn you!)
