Huzzah. It's snowing in the Maritimes before it snowed in Edmonton. That makes me happy.

It's big wet flakes too. I slid down the parking lot to work and when I got in I was dripping everywhere.
It looked like I just walked in from the rain rather than snow.

Fredericton is more of a part of the north pole than the maritimes, climate wise. I have friends at UNB who curse snow till the bitter end.

Snow-wise, Fredericton actually gets less than Moncton does.
However, what it lacks in snow it more than makes up for in freezing your ass off.
