I think I've fixed that now. (Though I may have broken validation. I'll check tomorrow when I fix the comment and Atom 0.3 feeds.)

No idea why it suddenly chose to do that though. From what I could tell all the flags were supposed to work the same way in 3.3 as 3.2.
